Dubai- ‘the shopping capital of Middle East’ is the largest and most populous city in the United Arab Emirates. Dubai has transformed from a humble fishing village to the world’s most iconic metropolises. The history of Dubai goes like some 800 members of the Bani Yes Tribe settled at the mouth of the creek in 1833 which was a natural harbor and it soon became the center of fishing, pearling and Sea trade. Under the rule of the first president of Dubai Sheikh Zayed, it has developed into one of the richest country in the world and a mesmerizing land for tourism.

Dubai is a city which now has beautiful hotels, remarkable architecture and world class entertainment and sporting events. This city is full of mesmerizing and dazzling sceneries, starting from history to culture, from tradition to nightlife, from beaches to ancient museums everything is highly recommendable to visit. There are three main states which we are planning to serve through our real estate services. The emirate of Abu Dhabi is the capital of federation and popular for the birthplace of the late Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the first president of the UAE. Abu Dhabi has the admirable mosque of Sheikh Zayed which has four 350 foot minarets and 82 white marble domes. Ras al Khaimah is the cultural center of UAE which has a rich history dating back to Bronze Age. It is the home for one of the top 10 date farm offering no less than 18 different types of dates. The third state is Fujairah- a modern industrious city that is the main settlement of the east coast. This city has a grid pattern of high-rise office blocks with fine restoration work. The Fujairah Fort and the Al-Bidyah Mosque are the two excellent historical attractions for the people.

Night Life in Dubai

The best nights are usually unplanned and spontaneous-‘Oh no! I bought champagne instead of milk again’. The night life of Dubai says ‘Twinkle twinkle little star, point me to the nearest bar. The life of Dubai seems attractive enough for vacations, most importantly the nightclubs and pubs. Dubai offers a great variety of late night entertainment and they regularly host some of the most popular nightclubs and they got DJs from all around the globe. In the past, most clubs allowed free entry for the people but in recent years due to the involvement of people in night life scene in Dubai, Clubs charge up to AED200 for entry. There are some rules regarding these clubs and pubs of Dubai which are strictly followed by the managers of these clubs and they are usually closed at 3 a.m. The legal drinking age in Dubai is 21 and clubs do follow this rule strictly. If you are planning to visit a club, make sure to keep your passport as an acceptable form of ID, for the resident of Dubai an Emirate ID or driving license will suffice. The Law of UAE has no tolerance for drinking and driving and police are very vigilant.
